Hi, Earl. I drove by your house in December but couldn’t see much from the road. Then I read the article. Neat article. We are in town again and drove by the other day. Has anything been done since December? I figured perhaps you are working on the inside! Hope everything is going well. Do you know of any older homes in a 25 mile radius of this area? Happy summer!

Hi Marilyn, thanks for asking about the house. Long story short, we have had some design and planning delays, but have got that taken care of now. We will have the engineered foundation design and soil test done in the next few weeks and get the permits soon after. I’d say there a lot of older houses around here, I’ll send you a PM on that.
